Since all products are customized to each client, we do not accept refunds under any circumstance.

 

Lifetime Guarantee

 We guarantee that each Reach NFC tag will function as intended and reliably for its entire lifetime, subject to fair use and normal wear and tear.

If any Reach NFC tag stops functioning as intended, we will gladly replace it with a new one at no cost to you. However, this guarantee does not cover damage caused by physical tearing, breaking, or other intentional or accidental damage.
